About Me:
.I am directing a photography project with teens in Oaxaca, Mexico. Ojos de Oaxaca will have the objective of teaching teens how to take their own photographs and present them to the world. Traditionally privileged people have cameras and opportunities to photograph. In this project we will step down from that privilege and acknowledge the vision of an unrepresented-group in media: low-income youth from Oaxaca, Mexico.
Using donated digital cameras, students are taking photos
freely.
